Delek Logistics Partners, LP (NYSE: DKL) was established in 2012 by Delek US Holdings, Inc., with a clear mission: to own, operate, acquire, and develop logistics and marketing assets for crude oil and refined products. Originally headquartered in Brentwood, Tennessee, DKL was created to support Delek’s refining operations in Tyler, Texas, and El Dorado, Arkansas, while also providing services to a growing network of third-party customers throughout the southeastern U.S. and West Texas.
From the beginning, Delek Logistics has pursued a strategic blend of acquisition and organic growth to expand its footprint. Key milestones have included the development of crude oil gathering systems, refined product terminals, and participation in major pipeline joint ventures. Over time, our portfolio has evolved beyond refined fuels and crude logistics to include natural gas gathering and processing, as well as produced water gathering and disposal, enhancing our capabilities across the midstream energy value chain. In line with our continued growth and national focus, DKL relocated its headquarters to Plano, Texas, further positioning the company at the heart of key U.S. energy markets.
